Back To School Mini-Session - {Garden City, KS Children Photographer}

* Your child can of course wear anything you’d like. But my props are your basic primary colors

(Reds, Yellows, and blues) If you’re interested in “really” matching.

* Feel free to bring some of your own props. Like your childs favorite book, glasses, backpacks...

* All ages are welcome, they don’t really have to be “Going back to school”
....(it just might be helpful if the little ones can at least sit up on thier own).

* I do try to work some magic BUT....You know your children better than I do. If they usually don’t
do well with photos than maybe a 20min session isn’t for you....Just something to think about.

* These sessions are fast and fun! No stress.
Just bring the kiddos and let me worry about the rest.

* Sessions are taken in Garden City -Details on location will be sent to you upon session reservation.

Spring Mini Season {North Liberty, IA - Children's Photographer}

It's that time of year again!

 And since things are getting a little crazy over at my house, these are the LAST and FINAL sessions I will be booking before moving the business to Kansas. 

Farewell Iowa. 

I have had so many wonderful clients here and will be sad to leave you all behind. So hopefully we can squeeze you all in for one last mini session. 

Package 1: 1-3 children

Package 2: Limited to 1- 4 Children

(Due to the size of my backdrops these sessions are for children 8 and younger).

Preston {5 Year Session}

This little guy finally got a photoshoot of his own....kind of.

I don't set up shoots for my own kids often enough. I'll admit, it's a little more work trying to play the photographer and the Mom. The kids just aren't sure who they should listen too. 

It ended up turning into a "brothers" photoshoot, but Preston didn't mind at all.

A couple of months ago I thought I had found my ultimate love of photography in newborn sessions. I decided to cut back on "children photography" and work more specifically with Newborns. You can read more about that decision here. I have loved every minute of newborn photography. But the more and more I take pictures of my own children I realize I have one other love to might surpass newborn photography....

STYLED CHILDREN SESSIONS

I absolutely love a good theme.

Throwing together a little setup with props and let the kids just play around and have fun. Give me a theme and I will run wild with it...well, as wild as my small budget can handle. 

At the moment I know I don't have enough props in my stash to go full on children's styled sessions, but it's my goal. 

For now plan on seeing a lot of mini sessions in my future. 

I'm sure there are a lot of people reading this and thinking, "would you just make up your mind already?" :) But really... I think this is it folks.

You may be asking yourself why my littlest guy only made it in 2 pictures...

And to that I will say, I seriously don't even know what was going on behind me. I turned around to find him sitting in his spilled fruit cup examining his foot that was now shoeless.
